One large unfurnished bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment available January 29, 2022. Available bedroom is 16’ x 10’ with 9’ ceilings. Room includes cable connection, 2 windows & 2 closets. Some furniture may be available if needed. Whole apartment sits on the quiet backside of the building, not on the street side.

Shared rooms in the apartment include 1 bathroom, 15’ x 13’ living room with pullout sofa for guests, as well as love seat and television. Eat-in kitchen. A laundry room is available in the building basement. A small storage unit is also available and included. Informal rooftop access with views of the GWB, World Trade Center (10 miles south), and points east.

The Roommate: Gay male, professional, 40s, nonsmoker. Works 9-5 job and occasional evenings. Enjoys theatre, volleyball, cooking, tennis, politics, movies, and exploring New York City. Originally from the Midwest, has lived in NYC for over 23 years, in apartment for over 15 years.

Transportation: One block from 181st Street express A Train and 3 blocks from 1 Train. Just 25 minutes to Columbus Circle and Theatre District. Also, one block from M4, 98, 100, & Bx7 buses. Five-minute walk from George Washington Bridge and Bus Terminal. New Citi Bike dock one block away.

Parks & Recreation: Minutes away from Hudson River Park (tennis courts, bike & running trails, Inspiration Point, and the storied Little Red Lighthouse), Bennett Park (with the highest natural point in Manhattan), & Fort Tryon Park (with the famed Cloisters and Heather Gardens with majestic views of the mighty Hudson River and GWB.
