Within a <10 min walk is the main Loyola University campus, Northwestern University Shuttle, CTA bus lines (Broadway/Clark/Devon), and Red line CTA (Granville and Thorndale are equidistant).

Building amenities include 24/7 doorman, elevators, mail/package sort, laundry room (basement), outdoor pool (summer only), gym, sauna, bike storage (one-time fee for registration), and valet parking ($100/mo and not included in rent).
