Va K - $1,600/month

I travel a lot. I enjoy gardening, being "Blue Zone" healthy, outdoor activities, being part of a book club, art museums, UNESCO sites, etc. I love Florida's botanical gardens and its beautiful lakes and coasts.

Most of my past roommates, co-workers, etc. become lifelong friends, but I respect someone wanting to keep to themselves as well. I like things clean and tidy, but am not obessed about it, have weeks where demanding projects keep me from being as tidy as usual, and will not worry about how someone keeps their room, unless it is becoming a health or some other type of hazard, but I hope to find someone who also prefers that the kitchen counters stay wiped clean and clear when not in use, dishes done within about 24 hours of use, a fridge that doesn't have a lot of expired items, and a sofa and TV area that are inviting.

I am looking for one roommate or a parent with a child could work as well.
I am renting the largest room with a walk in closet, private bathroom with a shower and tub, the use of the one car garage for $1600 a month.

All the rooms have vaulted ceilings and good window light. I can furnish the rooms if needed.
The community has a nice pool, hot tub, tenace court, and is gated with cameras.
The kitchen and lanaiwould be shared, but I will be gone often and not take up too much space in the kitchen.
The use of the garage is negotiable as I plan to store things in it, but not until after April or May. If things are going well, I may find another storage space.

I am looking for a three month to a year situation - possibly longer, but some plans are in development. The HOA will approve one pet ( I have to check the weight limit) My daughter who might visit, is allergic to cats, so we are good with dogs, birds, guinea pigs, etc.
