Roommate wanted for a 4bed 1bath apartment in Kensington

Looking for a roommate to fill the fourth room in the apartment. There will be a total of 3 roommates. Rent is $650 which includes heat and water. Gas, electric and internet are not included and usually range from $40-$60 monthly depending on the time of year.

The apartment is located in Kensington, a couple blocks from Prospect Park, located across the street from a grocery store, there is a post office down the block along with other grocery stores and bodegas and local restaurants. The apartment is also located steps away from the F/G line, as well as right across the street from the B67/B69 bus lines.

There are also washer and dryer units located in the basement as well as a 24/7 laundromat across the street too.

I do have a cat, she's very friendly, so you'd have to be okay with that. She's never had interaction with other animals though so I'd prefer someone who doesn't have pets so there isn't any issues trying to get them along.

The two current roommates are myself, 27, a photographer, and my roommate who is 24 and is a music designer/producer. We are usually pretty quiet and aren't clean freaks but aren't messy people either, usually fall somewhere in the middle.
