Quiet, clean, and spacious 2bd/1ba across the street from Pratt and one block away from the G Train. The room is approx. 12ft x 13ft has one closet and a second closet-like space for additional storage. The large window leads out onto the fire escape. The apartment was remodeled October 2017, so all kitchen appliances are relatively new. Forced steam keeps the place very warm during the winter. There are two common areas, one including a TV and blu-ray player, and one that can be used for additional storage.
