Two roomies looking for a third! Matias is an editor and works from home full time, and I, Dustin, work in musical instrument marketing and drive out to an office building 4 days a week. I have a 5-year-old indoor/outdoor cat, and no other pets. We are both in our 30’s and are pretty low key. We don’t usually have people over, and only throw 3-or-4 parties during the summer time.

Cozy home w/private pool in North Hollywood
Hi I’m Dustin! My roommate Matias and I are looking for a new tenant to fill a recent vacancy in our home. The house is 1,700+ square feet, 2 bathrooms, with in-unit laundry, a dishwashing machine, and a great big backyard with a heated pool. We have an detached garage for storage, and on-street parking (can usually park right in front of the house, very few cars ever park on our street). The room itself faces the street and has nice big windows. The bathroom is shared with one other, and features a full bath. (Photos are from the homeowners a few years ago. We’ve done some significant redecorating since)
