Hey guys, I recently signed the lease to this place with one of my friends. Unfortunately it didn’t work out and now I am searching for another roommate to live with. The rent would be $1,125 and it’s located in lemon grove area. it would be a 12 month lease starting July 1st 2021-July 1st 2022. I do have a dog, but he’s well behaved. The property has a yard, it is a mile from SDSU. Target, Sams Club, Gyms are all located across the street. It is located in a quite family friendly area. Plenty of street parking in a safe neighborhood. Move in would be July 1st. Looking for someone who can sign the lease ASAP.
