True bedroom in a 2 bedroom and 1 bath flexed into a 3 bedroom apartment is available. It possesses lots of closet space and a large window with an eastern exposure so plenty of morning light. Room is approximately 12 ft by 10.5 ft with a 8.5 ft closet. Our current roommate fits a queen bed, desk, chair, floor lamp, and nightstand. Room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is furnished. Apartment is a corner unit within a doorman elevator building. Doormen receives packages 24/7. Laundry is in the basement. Rent: $1300 plus utilities (an additional $75-100 per person monthly).
Location: 55th Street and 8th Avenue, which is close to Central Park, Columbus Circle 59th street metro for access to ABCD1 train and also access to NQRW at 57th Street subway. Gyms nearby include Equinox, Crunch, and NYSC. Whole Foods and 3 other groceries stores are also close by plus a plethora of restaurant options.
Roommates: male (in flex bedroom) and female (in master bedroom) are both in their 20s, neat, healthy, friendly, and busy professionals who work in midtown.
You: easy going, responsible, and looking for 12 months beginning April 1st (Move-in is flexible). Please tell us a little bit about yourself and we can schedule a time for you to see the space. Thank you!
