I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a large flex bedroom in a 3BR/2BA apartment in a large luxury building on the UES. The room is available now for immediate move-in. The room can fit a queen size bed, dresser, and other furniture and has a great view of the city. You will have two female roommates, both working professionals in their early 30s who are nice and tidy. You will share the bathroom with one roommate. Your closet is located outside of the room but is large and spacious (usually used for living room storage).

Base rent is under $1350 before utilities which is a steal for the neighborhood! You would be reassigned the lease for the duration of the term (through July 2021) with an option to extend. Please note that the building has an income requirement and other background check paperwork required. The other roommates estimate that the incoming tenant will need to make at least $73,000 per year.

The building is located in a very desirable area with easy access to the Q train (2 min walk) and 6 train (5 min walk). Amenities include 24 hour doorman, on-site laundry & dry-cleaning, with over 40+ machines and a package room in the plaza area. It also has a spacious lounge & full gym upstairs for convenience. It is steps away from a 24 hour Rite Aid, Baskin Robin and TD Bank with tons of bars, restaurants and grocery stores down on 2nd Ave. Also a close walk to Central Park.
