THE PLACE: 1050 square feet / 2 bed & 2 baths/ w&d / central air / fireplace The place is newly remodeled and completely furnished. I put lots of money in the décor. You have your own completely furnished room and bath. It’s really nice, and you won’t be disappointed. The room is 15’ x 12’. Everything in your room is new and modern. It looks great.
The place is spotless! I’m definitely into a clean, well-kept home.
$1300 per month plus security deposit (paid over 3 months if needed). Use of off-site storage usage is $35 a month.
