Beautiful Bright Bedroom with Private Balcony in a 3b/2b
We are looking for a female to join our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom rowhouse in Shaw for $1650 a month starting August 1! Utilities included.
The Room: This bedroom is large and sun-filled, could easily fit a king or queen size bed, with two spacious closets. You would have a private balcony overlooking a quaint Shaw block. You would be sharing one large bathroom with one of us.
The House: The house is two stories, with a spacious common living space, kitchen, washer/dryer, and patio on the first level. Hardwood floors, exposed brick, high ceilings, high-end appliances, and central AC. Easy street parking.
The Neighborhood: This location is PRIME. We are in the heart of Shaw. Our home has the perfect balance - we are on a charming, quiet, neighborhood block while being only one block away from exciting U-Street and a few blocks from bustling 14th Street. We are in close walking distance to cute coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and several grocery stores. We are just around the block from the U-Street metro, several different bus lines, and bike-share docks.
