Looking to move in Jan 2026 in Raleigh, NC. Open to any shared living setup (house, apartment, etc.), private room only. Okay with shared common areas. Budget is up to $660 with utilities. Prefer individual lease, month-to-month or up to 6 months. Furnished room not needed.

Looking for a female roommate (18–35, no couples or kids) who’s clean, respectful, and easy to live with. Pets are fine as long as the space stays clean and air’s fresh. No drugs or smoking — light drinking is okay. I’m cool with guests, just prefer a heads-up and nothing too wild.
