Large room available in Astoria Apt
The largest room in our Astoria apartment will be opening June 1st. The room itself has tall ceilings and two large east-facing windows, which let in lots of natural light. The room has a standard sized closet and will come unfurnished. The room is $1005/month and pro-rated based on square footage.
The apartment is a three bedroom on the second floor of a 2 floor, 4 unit apartment. The neighbors are all young families and really great people who you'll often see around the neighborhood. It is recently renovated with an open concept living/kitchen/dining space and all new appliances.
The building is conveniently located on a quiet street right off of Ditmars Blvd. Short stroll down the boulevard and your right in the all the hustle and bustle that this area of Astoria has to offer, with numerous restaurants, breweries, beer gardens, gyms, parks and shopping to explore on your down time. Transportation is convenient as well, with the Q101 bus a block away and the N&W subway station a short walk down Ditmars. From our station you can be in Manhattan in 15 min.
