Hey! I work in the city as a Product Analyst at Comscore, a media measurement company. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in May 2018, with concentrations in Business Analytics, Marketing, and Management as well as a minor in Psychology. Not a neat freak but definitely care about cleanliness. Things I love include coffee, TV, musicals, and a vast variety of (vegetarian) food!
I'm looking for a third roommate to sign a lease starting July 15th 2020 and rent the flex bedroom in a flex 3BR apartment that I've been living in for the past two years. The building and amenities are amazing - we have a washer/dryer in-unit, dishwasher, gym, rooftop, lounge, doorman, and elevator.

Flex 3bed/2bath apartment!
Hi - we have a bedroom available in a flex 3BR. This is a gorgeous flex bedroom in a 2BR flex apartment with beautiful floor to ceiling windows on three sides of the room, drenching it in sunlight. The views are also pretty spectacular, since we're higher up - you will have a direct view of the Hudson river from your bedroom! We have a washer/dryer in unit and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher). You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. This doorman and elevator building also has an incredible rooftop sitting area, lounge (that can be reserved by residents), and a gym.
An ideal roommate would be a female professional in her early 20's - clean, communicative, friendly, and respectful of the other roommates. The other two occupants of this apartment are also females in their early 20's - while we love hanging out with each other, we also make sure to give each other our own space. We're okay with you having friends over occasionally, as long as you give us a heads up.
The lease start date is July 15th, 2020, but the move-in date is flexible; message me if you're interested!
