My name is Jordy! You’d be living with me & my partner Josh. We are looking for someone beginning March 15th. The space is very cozy and conveniently located near Little Five Points, Summerhill, & EAV.
Josh and I are very fun loving people who value communication & directness! We value a team effort when it comes to living together as well.
Id like to mention that we are both musicians. So we do use the basement in the home as a practice space 2-3 times a week. We do throw house shows every 2 months. It’s a great sense of community for us and would love to have someone that would like to be involved as well!
Our landlord is also very cool. He lives right down the road, is very quick to respond and fix things when needed. He makes being a tenant very easy.

Spacious 3bed 2ba home with a Privacy Fence
The house you’d be living in is 2 story. All the living quarters are on the top floor, and the basement, laundry room, and garage are on the bottom! Our landlord is very friendly & quick to aid in any issues we’ve ever had! He is very mindful of our privacy.
The privacy fence has a remote controlled gate that leads to a private drive way in the backyard. So you can feel safe leaving your car in the driveway!
Your portion of rent would be 798.33. And utilities (water, electricity, gas, wifi,) are typically no more than around $200 monthly.
We are open to pets, preferably dogs as my partner has a cat allergy.
