Single-Bedroom in a Semidetached 2300sq FT, $1200.00
Hi,
I am a Airbnb/VRBO/Booking.com host and I rent out rooms while sharing common area like Kitchen, lounge, laundry etc.
I rent out the facilities, that I provide, to short stay, medium (Co-op) and longer term tenants.
The house is fully furnished and equipped. The rooms are furnished and I supply all the bedding, duvet, tells, and some toiletry supplies.
The Kitchen and lounge is fully equipped, it has 4 large fridges that is shared and assign a portion to each guest/tenant. Laundry and clean supplies are included.
A large 55" TV and music system in the lounge and Netflix is available. Wi-fi and ethernet connection is available.
I maintain and up keep the common area clean and sanitised.
