I am a bisexual 27 year old woman and creative writer working on my MFA thesis on the side of my full-time university job. I have a boyfriend who lives out in Western MA, and I often go to his place versus staying at mine. I am clean and communicative and if there's something bothering me about the space or apartment, I have no problem talking about it openly with my roommate. I have an annual "Drink, Talk, Learn" party where all my friends bring powerpoints on any topic and talk for under 3 minutes or they have to chug their drink. You will, of course, be welcome to attend! The rest of the year, the apartment is cozy, homey, and peaceful.

Steps from the 87, 79, 350, and 77. (Goes to Alewife, Porter, Harvard, and Davis). 20 minute walk via the beautiful bike path to Alewife.

Living room, dining room, back porch, front porch, tiny back yard, and a little plot to plant things if you so desire. I planted mums last fall and tomatoes last summer. It is a BIG place.
Robot vacuum in the apartment!
It is a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Neighbors will wave and say hello when you go outside and it might make your heart toasty. There are a lot of nature spots in the area. It is on the border of Somerville and Davis square is just a mile and a half away (I've often walked there and back to see friends or a movie). The Capital Theater is just around the corner, along with bakeries, restaurants, and cafes. Stop and Shop is a half mile down the road.
