Looking for a fun roommate!
Hello! So me and my gf are still looking for a fun and chill roommate to join me and my girlfriend in our journey towards a bigger place! We just upgraded to a 2bd/2bth place at The Rise at Plantation Walk, which is just a 5 minute walk/drive away from anything you could need. Plus, there are a bunch of shops/bars opening up downstairs! Rent would be about $1100-$1200 that includes utilities/parking. The apartment complex will require you to apply with them and they will do a credit check so having some credit will be required. We just moved in on May 19th. We're looking for someone for a longer lease preferably, as our current one is for 14 months. However, we are flexible with shorter leases as long as we have some notice ahead of you moving out so we can find someone to take over the room.
