I work remotely as an engineer for a medical device company but pour my biggest time and energy into my passions as a spoken word performer and workshop leader in the men's mental health space. I meditate daily, exercise regularly, and eat nutritiously (usually lol). I do a Sunday clean & meal prep weekly if I'm home, travel a lot as a digital nomad, and work out of coffee shops regularly.
