We are a couple (M/36 & F/33) w/ a small very friendly dog (corgi/3). We have lived in this apartment for the past three years and absolutely love it. We have an excellent rapport with our neighbors and landlord. Unfortunately, the friend with whom we've shared the apartment until now has decided to move out of the city, and we are looking to fill the void! We love our neighborhood and try to take advantage of everything it has to offer. Most weekends end up being a mix of time spent in Central Park, enjoying a drink at one of our favorite local bars, or inviting small groups of friends over for a backyard BBQ or game night. *Note: We have been EXTREMELY diligent about mask-wearing and social distancing throughout the entirety of the COVID-19 pandemic & can provide proof of negative COVID tests*

HER: Hi there! I'm Dana, and I have been living & working in NYC for over 10 years in Merchandise Planning. I love dogs, nail polish, and will never turn down a glass of Sauvignon Blanc! I like to keep my home (and life!) super organized. Under "normal" circumstances, I am out of the house most weekdays from about 8am-8pm, and keep things pretty chill in the evenings. Currently, I am working from home full time due to COVID-19.
HIM: Hey, I'm Dave, I grew up in New York and returned about five years ago after several spent in Burlington, VT. I am self-employed and manage most of my work from home, even pre-pandemic. When I'm not working (or catering to Ruby's whims), I try to fit in a round of golf whenever possible, and my recent quarantine hobby has been perfecting the art of grilling the perfect pork loin.
