I am a 28 year old professional woman. I work the regular 9-5 schedule. I enjoy going out, as well as spending a quiet evening at home cooking, watching TV, and reading a book. I'm in the midst of applying to my PhD in psychology hopefully I will start next year. I am engaged and my fiance lives in Atlanta so he will be visiting sometimes, and I will be visiting him also so you will have the apartment for yourself every now and then. I don't have pets at the apartment (my pets stayed with my parents back home), but I really love animals so if you have one I will be happy to help you take care of. The lease of the apartment ends in five months, but there is a possibility for extension for another year.

Cozy room in a beautifully designed apartment
An adorable, clean and cozy apartment in a great residential location. The apartment and the room comes completely furnished. The room has a queen size bed, a built in closet, and some extra storage cabinet (but of course there is no problem if you want to bring your own stuff). My roommate is welcome to use all of the furnitures and equipment in the common area.
The common area (living room, kitchen, and bathroom) are very thoughtfully designed and fully equipped. The TV in the apartment comes with a Netflix, Amazon prime, and Hulu subscriptions that my roommate is welcome to use.
The building is very well maintained and there is even laundry in it! Also, the neighbors are very quiet and respectful.
The neighborhood is full of grocery stores, 24/7 drug stores, Starbucks, bank branches, hair saloons and more. There is a variety of public transportation a very short walk distance, and many bars and restaurants nearby.
The neighborhood is super safe, day or night.
