33 year old single working professional. My work schedule is typically Sunday-Thursday 7am-3pm so I’m usually up pretty early and go to bed fairly early, although I’m fine with having a night owl roommate.
I want someone I can get along with but not necessarily be best friends. I am generally pretty quiet and not a social butterfly but I do enjoy going out occasionally and doing cheesy touristy things even though I’ve live in the area my whole life. I like to find local craft breweries or new restaurants so it would be nice to have a roommate that would want to join me and my friends on occasion. About once a month I’ll have a small group of friends over for a movie or pot luck, no parties (the landlord lives on property as well). I have a diverse friend group so being LGBTQ+ friendly is a must because I don’t want my friends or my roommate feeling uncomfortable. The lease is month to month but I’m looking to find someone who wants to move in for at least a year because I don’t want to have a revolving door of people moving in and out.
I do have 2 cats which unfortunately means no more pets. I need someone who is responsible around cats (both have disabilities and CANNOT be let outside) and likes cats because they are very social.

First floor 2 bedroom apartment in a 2 family home (landlord lives upstairs) in a quiet neighborhood in Waltham (about 20 minute drive to Boston). Private room available with shared common areas (kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom). I have lived in the apartment for 3 years and have the common areas fully furnished, the bedroom is unfurnished. There is a washer and dryer located in the apartment. Utilities (heat, gas, electric) not included.
No onsite parking, but street parking is free and not usually packed, there is also an elementary school at the end of the street and parking is available there overnight and weekends.
I don’t know much about using public transportation, there are bus stops nearby but no T station within walking distance (green line station is about a 5 minute drive).
