Washer and dryer in the place. Free use of kitchen, and shared bathroom. Must have all covid shots as well. Be honest because i will do a background check. only safety reasons. Off street parking. if you have a dog. Must get along with other dogs. And of not you must be dog friendly. The rent is $400.00 a month.
