Please note: no elevator in the building. Several parks nearby and a a shopping center, grocery store, Dunkin and Chipotle 1 block away.

The available bedroom is fully furnished with a full-sized bed and mattress, TV, mini fridge, full-length mirror, trash can, and closet space. It also has its own PRIVATE BALCONY. Rent includes wifi and utilities.

The apartment offers additional amenities, including a small gym upstairs with TV area, and a private rooftop terrace. Rent ranges from $1,650–$1,800 depending on your length of stay. Requesting security deposit, first and last month's rent. Totaling about $4950 (negotiable) returned within 30 days of move-out minus any deductions for damage, unpaid rent, etc.
