Both rooms are available immediately. One full bath is shared among the three upstairs rooms.
The house is very spacious and beautifully renovated with preserved exposed brick walls and hardwood floors. It has three levels, upgraded modern kitchen, W/D in the house, & fenced back yard.
Located on a one-way street with speed humps, the house is around the corner from several great restaurants and blocks from the Columbia Heights metro (incl., Target, Giant, WSC gym, CVS, etc.). Three blocks away from Rock Creek Park. Extremely close to multiple bus lines and bike shares. Great location!
The rooms are private but common areas (kitchen, living room, dining room) are shared.
Total rent for the two rooms is $1900 / month. Master bedroom is $1000 and the other available bedroom is $900.

Current Roomates: Mid 20's to early 30's non profit professionals working full time. Join us for backyard movie nights, fire pits, porch happy hours with neighbors. We're a pretty chill house and all respect each other space but all super friendly.
