We are looking for someone to take over our roommate's lease for the remainder of the lease term with option to resign for July 31st.

Move in is flexible but ideally looking for March 1st and the lease runs until July 31st. Rent is $975 a month and utilities never are rarely over $75 a month, with summer being much cheaper due to using gas less. The landlord requires first month rent and a security deposit.

The apartment is on the first floor of 3 family house. We have great neighbors and everyone gets along well! There is an off street parking spot in the driveway which is amazing! In unit laundry, and a cute patio for the spring/summer months. There is a STRICT NO PETS POLICY. I'm sorry, as much as we love them NO PETS are allowed.

The house is fairly quiet, definitely not a party house, so preference will be given to those that are looking for peaceful home. The roommates are a couple, Jackie she/her 29 and Chelsea she/her 28. We are very laid back, both work full time, and typically spend time off at home hanging out! We are respectful of shared spaces and welcome the use of the living areas, although if you prefer to keep to yourself that's okay too! We clean up after ourselves and would be looking for someone who is courteous, considerate and responsible with upkeep of the home. Both Jackie and I are very aware/considerate of covid 19 precautions as well.
