Looking for a male or female to fill two of three rooms in sunny, spacious 3br apt. All rooms fit queen sized beds, have windows and closets. (A novelty in this fine city.) Full sized living/dining area, kitchen with full sized appliances including dishwasher. 1.5 bathrooms. 6 minutes from Atlantic Barclays, 10 minutes to the G, and 11 minutes to the C. You couldn't ask for a better neighborhood.
Room in the back of the apartment is quieter and will have primary use of the half bathroom for $1325. Larger of the two remaining rooms is $1200.
Rooms would be unfurnished. Looking for folks who can commit to a year lease. Available 10/1 or 10/15.
