A little about me: My name is Sabine, currently going through a career change so I spend most of my time at home learning to code, relaxing, and cooking. I am very clean, and chill roommate. Looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful, and relatively quiet. I love sports (tennis, Toronto spots teams), Dragrace, walks around the neighbourhood to visit local coffee shops. 1 room in a shared apartment (living room, kitchen, bathroom, storage closet) - bedroom will be unfurnished. I have some furnishing for the rest of the apartment (living room and kitchen area). Laundry is not in unit, there is a very well maintained laundromat at street level. No parking (though a street parking permit may be possible). Room dimensions:11'7" x 9'8" and includes a closet.
LEVEL: Second floor
DATE AVAILABLE: April 1st 2022
TERM: 12 month lease
RENT: $1182.44/month + utilities (internet & hydro)
UTILITIES: approximately $60-70/month for internet hydro
LOCATION: St. Clair West (between Oakwood and Dufferin). TTC: St. Clair streetcar right outside the door, Dufferin bus and Oakwood bus nearby (less than 450m away)
ACCESSIBILITY:
- Apartment is located on the second-floor of the building which is only accessible by staircase.
- There are no grab-bars in the apartment. Washroom has a shower/tub combo.
- I drink occasionally, don’t smoke (neither weed/cigarettes) but do not mind if you do (smoking is only permitted outdoors, there is a small landing connected to the fire escape outdoors)
- I don’t use scented products/candles that much, but totally willing to accommodate a scent-free environment if need be
- I’m a pretty quiet/introverted person at home. I do enjoy music and watching TV & movies, cooking
