I live in a great place, fully remodeled over a year ago, new AC unit, hardwood floors, and you would have the Master bedroom at 9.5” x 11. There are two bathrooms, but one is a half bathroom. The basement is great for storage.
I love the neighborhood! Right down the alley, are restaurants, bars, and a coffee shop. Cheeseman Park is in walking distance.
Rent is 2600, you would pay 1300 a month, 1/2 utilities, and 1300 deposit.
