My name is Isabel Heiland, and my boyfriend Ethan Worker and I are looking for a roommate to lease a room in our townhouse in Northglenn, CO! We live about 7 minutes from I-25 and are walking distance away from a lightrail station. You would have a private bedroom and private bathroom.
We are both artists, Ethan being more on the digital side and me being more on the analog side. We love the outdoors, We love Survivor, East Asian food, gaming, working on projects, and growing plants. We are fairly quiet and tame, with our idea of a fun weekend night being a beer at a local brewery. We have friends over now and then, but not super frequently. We have an orange kitty named Dante and a big white dog named Momo, both are huge sweethearts. Momo sheds quite a bit, so being okay with that is a must. We keep up on vacuuming and cleaning, but it will make its way onto your clothes sometimes. You are welcome to put up a doggy gate to keep her out of your room, though we cannot make promises about Dante! Momo lives with us half the time, as I share her with my sister.
We are 4/20 friendly, as long as any smoking is done outside.

Private room and bathroom in townhome
Our townhome is located in a lovely little neighborhood right next a big park in Northglenn, CO. It is just a 7-9 minute drive to I-25, and within walking distance of a lightrail station. We have a sunshine-y bedroom with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom right outside 6the bedroom to offer!
There is a washer and dryer, full kitchen, living room, and the lower level patio that will be community spaces, plus another half bath. Parking will be a bit tricky, as there is no street parking in our neighborhood. We have a garage and driveway which are available, and will just require some musical cars sometimes if someone needs to leave but there is someone parked behind them. There are also a few visitor spaces around the complex you can park in when available. The garage is a workspace that you are welcome to use if you treat tools and what-not with respect and clean up after yourself.
There is a friendly kitty here full-time who may snuggle with you, and a veryyyy friendly big dog here half the time who WILL snuggle with you if you let her. You can absolutely choose to keep her out of your room with a doggy gate if you prefer.
Sewage, trash, and water are included in rent, other utilities will be split.
