Master bedroom + personal bathroom 10 minutes from Downtown Nash!

Hi guys!
My roommate and I are currently looking for someone to take over our 3rd roommate’s lease (she’s moving for school 😢) at the start of September in our 3 bed/3.5 bath house in North Nash! Our house is 10 minutes from Downtown Nash & East Nash, so perfectly located!
(Our current roommate is able to fit her twin bed, a desk, a dresser, a futon, 2 nightstands, a standing record player in the master with plenty of room still left.)
Rent would be 1095 (for the master with your own bathroom) + utilities (usually 70-80$) & wifi (37$). There would also be a refundable security deposit of 965$.
We have the sweetest couple of cats so we’re looking for someone who will love them also!
We’re looking for someone who is also respectful of each others’ space, is tidy, and ends up as a friend!
We are 2 girls in our mid-twenties who love nights in, as well as the occasional night out, cooking, traveling, and trying new things!
