Room for rent in Souderton, PA 750 - 900 negotiable
I am looking for a roommate to rent a room in Souderton, PA. Room is standard size, and has a bathroom that can be private (not en suite, but only for you). House has a lot of great features - nice appliances w/d, dishwasher, long driveway that can accommodate multiple cars, finished basement, pool table, basketball net outside, in ground pool for summers. Hardwood main floor, carpeted bedrooms. Quiet, safe neighborhood, good walking, trail at the neighborhood park.
Cats (1-2)/dogs (1) ok. I have two cats.
Price is negotiable - house costs about 1700/month with about 300 in utilities. I'm new to the process, so I'm ok to negotiate within the 750 to 900 parameter, flexible lease term, but prefer 6mo minimum. Generally looking for someone in the 21 to 42yo age group
Great access to shopping around the area - Giant, Shoprite, Aldi, Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, Wawas, Chick Fil A, Boston Market, Philly Soft.
