My name is Shaan, I’m originally from London, England and moved to Las Vegas about 2 years ago after almost a decade of world travel - I work mostly as a marketing professional but I also have passions in fitness, nutrition and farming.
I spent the last two years living in a standard 900 sq/ft two bedroom condo where i was on the lookout to upgrade to a similar sized, more modern condo but stumbled across this beautiful 3 bedroom 1850+sq ft home with gorgeous gardens, in a great part of town, and jumped at the chance to live here.
The property is simply too big for me to justify living alone and whilst I have other places where I often stay for work/leisure, I would like to see who would be interested in sharing a beautiful home and creating a pleasant, positive living environment.

Unique Home Gorgeous Views- Garden, 24hr Pool/Spa
My goal is to create the best quality environment, not maximum profit.
Most listings have many bedrooms being rented out in a house with little consideration to the environment. This is a red flag for me and if you are someone who isn’t bothered by that, this listing is probably not for you.
There will be three people max living in this home. Including myself. This will be a very private and comfortable living arrangement.
There are two rooms available with one full bathroom available for use.
I am also open to renting both rooms to one person or simply splitting the overall payment so you can have your own private bathroom and even more space. I am flexible and open to ideas that make sense.
The rooms are $950 for the slightly larger bedroom and $850 for the slightly smaller room.
The Home:
The home sports three bedrooms with the master on the left of the living room and two other large bedrooms on the right between a full sized bathroom. There is a good amount of separation between the rooms which makes this a very room mate friendly home.
The home is in a very private location, in a safe neighborhood, close to a park where you can see families playing with their children. It’s easily accessible to most of las vegas hence why i chose to live here.
There are many upgrades in the home - water softener, new water heater, a/c unit, furnace, kitchen appliances and more.
Plenty of street parking and in the private alleyway.
Walking distance to LVAC, Supermarkets and other amenities.
24 hour pool and spa just strides away in the private garden.
Rooms are furnished by default but can be unfurnished.
