Hello, I have a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo located on the North side of Charlotte, not far from UNCC. There are great shopping centers, restaurants and parks nearby. There are 2 bedrooms located upstairs, and one bedroom located downstairs; each comes with its own bathroom. Each bedroom has a walk in closet. Upstairs is the shared living room, kitchen, balcony as well as the in unit laundry. The downstairs room is currently being occupied.
