I generally keep to myself working in my room/office. When I go downstairs it is usually to the kitchen. I rarely hang out in the living room. My former roommate and I could go days without seeing each other. You will have the run of the house and privacy. The upstairs bedrooms are separated by stairs. So, you won't hear my TV or music and I won't hear yours.
