Room features: Sunny private balcony, perfect for tanning or working from home. Enormous walk-in closet. Attached private bathroom with walk-in shower, jacuzzi bathtub, and double-sink vanity. Bedroom has 15 ft ceilings and fits two queen beds.
House features: Washer/dryer in-unit. Gated parking garage. Gated patio and side yard. Family-sized fridge. Giant TV. We’re the first tenants, so everything is brand new.
Location: Clarkdale (Culver City) bordering Mar Vista and Palms. Freeway entrance a few streets away and bus stop across the street allow you to get to quickly get to UCLA, USC, LMU, the metro line, Santa Monica, Venice, Playa Vista. Our street is very quiet.
Housemates: Career-focused young women that have been self-isolating since mid-March. They have maintained an extremely sanitary and quiet work-from-home environment. They are sweet, funny, and easygoing. They are very respectful of each other’s space, possessions, and schedules.
