We are looking for a responsible person to share our beautiful and friendly home. We are one block from TRIMET, 5 minutes by bus to Hollywood Max Station, 15 minutes from PCC Cascade Campus or PELA at Lloyd Center, and 8 minutes from Providence Hospital. You can get to PSU easily from our home. We live in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The available room looks out over a beautiful oversized back yard with all kinds of fruits and vegetables in the garden that we are happy to share with you. The back yard is huge and a beautiful place to hang out. We enjoy hiking, classical music, and the fine arts such as ballet and the Oregon Symphony. Right now the household includes myself, my adult son who is a graduate student in elementary education, and an older retired woman. My son and I are both teachers and we like to help ESL students learn English. All of us are fully vaccinated and follow CDC guidelines. The home is quiet and everyone is very respectful. We have enjoyed hosting ESL students from several different countries. Rent includes all utilities and wifi. No alcohol or controlled substances in or around the premises, no smoking, no pets, no storage, no overnight guests, just friendly, respectful people.
