Room with attached bath for rent in Mt. Tabor neighborhood
Master room for rent with attached bath in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment in SE Portland. Apartment is located across the street from the Mt. Tabor dog park entrance. Apartment is on second story right above laundry room. Shared space includes living and dining area as well as the kitchen. Full appliances in kitchen. Apartment was remodeled about 8 yrs ago when my roommate moved in. Current roommate is in the process of moving out and will be taking most of the furniture in shared space. Will be slowly furnishing place over the next few months. I have two cats who roam the shared space and you will have to keep your door closed if you don’t want the cats in your room/bathroom. I am a houseplant enthusiast and you will see that when you walk in, immediately! So if you don’t like plants this is not the place for you! There is also a large sized balcony that’s fun to do a container garden on in the spring.
