Room available in 3 bed/2 bath house in Tempe
Room available in south Tempe by the 60/10 interchange. 3bed/2bath, but the extra bed is guest/office area.
Private bedroom/shared bathroom (its the hallway bathroom and I use my own bathroom, so it's pretty much Private or if guests are over).
$900/month plus split utilities (100-200 depending on the time of year). Flexible on lease time frame
I have one cat, so no dogs. She may get along with a cat but could take a little time for introductions but am open to try!
