Hi! I’ve lived in this townhouse for three years now and absolutely love this area. I’ve been in Ventura for many years, but I’m originally from the greater LA area. I’m a working professional with a part-time commute as I am on a hybrid remote schedule. I am pretty outgoing and can be at peace both outdoors, exploring, hanging out with friends and family, or just at home recharging. While I’m not a neat freak, I do appreciate someone who values a calm and peaceful and tidy living environment. I like to think that when I come home I’m coming home to my sanctuary. Room and Office in Spacious Townhouse
I have an extra room I’m renting out that comes with an office space. The office space is optional and will change the rent amount to $1300. The room is on the smaller side with a closet and vaulted ceiling. General set up for the room would look like a queen size bed, bedside table, lamp, and tall dresser. It does have its own bathroom as well. There is extra closet space in the hallway which will mostly be yours.
