BEAUTIFUL Bushwick Apartment with HUGE private terrace
Your bedroom in our apartment will be one of only 2 in the unit that has access to the small patio overlooking Chauncey St. Each room is equipped with central heating and air conditioning and is controlled by its own thermostat. Your room comes unfurnished but will comfortably accommodate a queen-sized bed.
The apartment’s kitchen has a dishwasher. The living and dining areas are furnished, and kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for your use. The individual apartment includes a spacious private terrace in addition to patio.
There are washing machines and dryers in the basement of building for tenant use for a small fee ($2.25/wash; $1.75/dry). The roof top of the building is furnished and features beautiful skyline views of the city.
