Turing apartments - beautiful top floor unit master bedroom

Hi, just signed a lease at a new place and it’s not really working out with my current roommate. Looking for someone interesting in hopping on the remaining 12 months of my lease. The place is brand new-we are the second ones to live in the unit, and all facilities are in perfect condition (3 story gym, rooftop pool, multiple bbqs, pool rooms, lots of stuff to do here) you would have the master bedroom (large walk in closet, attached bathroom and balcony) to yourself. The rent price is 1875/ month. I’m happy to give tours to interested people. The apartment is Turing apartments located across the street from the great mall. I’m a project manager so I work the majority of the day, and want to come home to a relatively quiet place and need a roommate who isn’t up late at night (I.e goes to bed before 1 am). The unit is beautiful, located on the top floor with a great view of the mountains. Very nice appliances (top of the line oven, microwave and refrigerator). The unit is also located 50 feet from the gym and is right next to the parking (you will have your own parking pass) the unit is also a 2 minute walk from the rooftop pool.
