Hi I'm Nick and I'm a 27 year-old guy that owns a marketing consulting business by day and fronts a southern rock band by night.

I'm looking for a cool new roommate to take over the other master room in my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Koreatown.

I love traveling and have lived all over the world and can easily say this is probably the best apartment I've had. The rooftop pool has some of the best views in LA of downtown and Hollywood hills and we are on a high floor so you can literally see the Hollywood sign from our kitchen. On top of that the building is very luxurious with bbq patio, game room, business center, and a great gym with a full squat rack.

I've been living here for a year so the living room is fully furnished and the kitchen is decked out with all kinds of gadgets as I'm a wannabe chef. There is an option to have the bedroom furnished if you're interested (please note the furnishing featured in the bedroom pics are not the actual furnishings).

The apartment is all set up with super fast wifi and a deluxe cable package that comes with the building. (Utilities are not included in listed price but run around $160 per person for trash, gas, electric, wifi, and cable and some building fees)

There are garage parking spots available for an additional $125 a month.
