Our home is clean and safe, located near a shopping center, gym and conveniently close to the 605/5/105/60 freeway.

Looking for a professional, respectful, clean, responsible, and friendly roommate who respects one another’s space. You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself and being considerate of the community space. We can discuss all the details and answer any questions with the potential renter. Room has brand new floors and fresh paint. Bathroom and hallway has currently been remodeled. The bathroom features a rain shower head and bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your favorite music while showering or cleaning the bathroom.

Monthly rent includes:
• Furnished room includes queen size bed, dresser, night stand, ceiling fan, TV, blinds, wood floor, standard sized closet, fire and carbon monoxide alarm
• All utilities, internet and cable are included
• Bathroom and refrigerator will be shared with one other roommate
• Living room & backyard access
• Kitchen access, community dishes, pots/pans, utensils, microwave and toaster (just purchased new frying pans)
• One shelf in kitchen to store dry foods
• Use of washer & dryer
• Bedroom key
• Street parking only
• Ring Security Camera
• Once a month professional cleaning

As courtesy we provide paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper and cleaning supplies for the common areas.

Things that are not permitted:
•No overnight guests
•No smoking in the house
•No couples
•No children
•No pets
•No illegal drugs

Please Note:
• After meeting in person an application will need to be completed if interested in renting
• The potential renter is responsible for a $40 non-refundable fee for a background check that they need to pass
• $800 refundable deposit (based on the condition of the room upon check out)
• 6-month minimum, month to month after 6 months
• Require a 30-day notice for move-out
