This NoMa unit in the Belgard is sunny, modern, open, and conveniently located. The room has a large closet and space for a queen bed + desk. The location is ideal: 4 minute walk from the red line, 7 minutes from Trader Joes, and tons of fun restaurants, bars, and shops close by. Parking space and storage also available. This is a really amazing unit in a great community. Rent is $1735/month + utilities.
