Hi! I'd like to think I'm pretty chill. Right now I'm home a lot, work from home. But I'm also out doing things with friends. I haven't had a roommate in years but I think it could be nice, maybe even fun :), to share this beautiful space with someone.
It's just me and my cat living here, sometimes I have guests over and you're welcome to do the same.
I'm pretty liberal and worldly in my thinking, hopefully you are too. I listen to NPR / PBS/ Bloomberg news often. I pay attention to world events. I'm a lifelong learner and volunteer. Extraverted and also enjoy my downtime. 420-friendly; I consume via edibles.
I'm just trying to survive this life that can be hard with all the fun and laughs I can find. I'm also a loving nerd. ;)

15min NE of Alpine - Modern home with beautiful views, surrounded by nature.
This is my dream - to live on beautiful land but to be close to the city. Grocery shopping is in nearby Alpine, and there are three good restaurants and small markets nearby. This is a fantastic place for anyone wanting some space, nature, hiking, biking, walking, watching wildlife. The home sits on Guatay Mountain at 4k ft elevation. It's just gorgeous here.
We also get four full seasons! Hot in summer, snow in winter (but it never stays past 2-3 days).
Rent includes:

- Plenty of parking and outdoor space to enjoy
This is a 3BR, 2BA house. Your bathroom is the front, guest bathroom - so mostly private for your own use.

The room is fairly large, ~13x13, with a nice view of the backyard and mountainside. The house sits on seven acres and offers stunning views. It's just 35min to San Diego, mostly a nice and easy drive on I-8. The house is located off of a 1/2 mile dirt road so you have to be okay with that (I have a small SUV, not 4WD).
