We are renting our 3rd room in a 2+1, 2 baths apartment. The room is a den so it is smaller and doesn't not have a built in closet, and it does have a proper door and window. The room comes unfurnished so you get to customize your room, but the rest of the unit is completely furnished (including cooking wear and applicainces) to be shared between all roommates.
The unit is very spacious and includes central heat and a/c, washer/dryer in unit, full sized kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher), and high speed internet.
The building is a high rise luxury building with many amenities that are all included in your rental cost. The building has a 24 hours gym, a movie theater, a party room, 2 rooftops with barbecues, a games room and a study room.
You will be sharing the unit with myself and my other roommate, as well as our very shy cat. You will only be sharing your bathroom with one of the 2 roommates. We are both 4th year students at TMU and we are very friendly! We value creating a clean and welcoming space where everyone can feel safe and relaxed.
