Howdy, I'm Cassidy and I'm 27. My life is dedicated to my pets, hands down! Ive got a pittie mix with a heart condition, and two male cats. I'm also in school and work at a robotics firm that makes some pretty awesome stuff. You can typically find me at home snuggling with my animals if I'm not obligated to do anything else. I do like to occasionally go out and have a good time though... especially if it involves good beer or good food. Just looking for someone who respects my animals and myself, and ideally is okay with a smaller space since my apartment is about 1,000 square feet. The lease will be from September to July. My partner of 3 years is moving out soon, so excuse the slight mess. It will be cleaned and cleared out before you move in.

Lease will likely start late August or early September. I've got 3 animals that I care about very much, so you'll have to adhere to the rules regarding them. The cats have access to the patio in the morning and at night with supervision from me only. My dog has a heart condition, so no scraps from the table. My biggest rule is to respect the animals, and then respect the space. I understand some messes here and there... we all have our days. But generally, the spaces are being taken care of and the animals are safe.
Your room does not share walls with mine, but they are in close proximity. The closet and room are decently sized. Great light from the window. You'll have your own good sized bathroom with a tub/shower.
I typically keep the AC around 74-76 during the day and sometimes drop it to 72-73 at night.
Feel free to use my appliances if you're able to care for them respectfully, and that especially goes for the washer and dryer.
The living spaces are slightly furnished, but some things will missing, such as a dining table since my partner of 3 years is moving out. I'll end up with my large mounted smart TV, and a couch, plus a gorgeous 1970s magnavox that is sort of like a media console.
There's plenty of storage, and I'll get an extra closet for you cleaned out in the hallway. You're welcome to lease an exterior storage closet or garage from the apartment.
