Hello hello!
I am a (hopefully still) young professional living in an Upper East Side high rise 3br flex apartment. One of my roommates is moving back home to her native Germany at the end of August, so we are seeking a third for September 1 move in.
We are both clean, respectful, and rarely bring the party home. We generally keep to ourselves, but would prefer a living situation where all three of us can share an occasional meal or drinks together with good conversation.
Move in Date | Sep 2020 |
Lease Duration | 1 Year |
Age | 33 |
Occupation | Financial Markets |
We think Andy’s room is fantastic! But in case you want to see more…

Roommate wanted for 3br/2 bathroom apartment on the 31st floor.
We have one roommate moving back home and the end of August and are looking someone to take over her room in a 3br flex apartment. The room is the flex room, but the wall they put in is an actual, pressurized wall, with a milk glass window to the living room.
You'd be living with two guys, both super easy going, clean, working (research analyst and tennis coach, 33 and 25 respectively). We mainly keep to ourselves, but do the occasional shared dinner and a movie or catching up over lunch, or tagging along for drinks.
The apartment is in a large apartment complex (4 buildings) on the 31st floor with an amazing view. It has a number of amenities and the staff are super nice.
