Amazing O - $1,200/month

Hi! My name is Amazing Oakes, but I go by Mayzee (they/she). And here’s a little bit about me, so you know I’m real lol: I have a full time job in Pasadena and a part time job (nannying) in Long Beach. These jobs would help supply my income, and I have never missed a rent payment. Personality wise - I am very laid back and down to earth (I hope)! I enjoy reading and writing and anything creative!! I also love learning about sociology and history. And value clarity and honesty when it comes to communication, so I will be up front about my needs and boundaries as much as needed. This also means I will reply to texts/emails promptly (or as promptly as I can manage!). I am clean and flexible, normally following my roommates’ lead/preference when it comes to chores/groceries/house duties but I also have my own ideas about what works for me if others don’t want to decide! I feel like this was already too much info, so I’ll stop there for now. I know there’s an application involved with this spot too, so I’m happy to repeat whatever.
